The Alfa Homes Limited Warranty *

Coverage up to 5 years following your acquisition for new residential homes **

1 year after building acceptance

Guarantee for repairs to non-apparent poor workmanship existing at the time of acceptance.

3 years after building acceptance

Guarantee for repairs to latent defects.

5 years after work completion

Guarantee for repairs to faulty design, construction or production of the work and the unfavourable nature of the ground.

* This Limited Warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. The Warrantor’s total aggregate liability of this Limited Warranty is limited to the Final Sales Price listed on the form used to procure the Limited Warranty. Alfa Homes makes no other implied warranty or any other warranties, express or implied, in connection with the sale of the home and all such warranties are excluded, except as expressly provided in the Limited Warranty.

GCR

Alfa Homes is accredited with the Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR) so you can buy a home with confidence. Buyers of new homes have been protected by GCR and benefit from up to five years following the purchase of their home.
